PROGRAMMER INSTALLER - POS (NORTH KANSAS CITY)

INTERVIEWS HELD NEXT WEEK.
Desktop migration to Win 7 Enterprise wide (KC Metro)
Windows Server Admin / Exchange (Kansas City, MO)
Optionally, I may purchase 2008 Standard Edition to replace 2003, but that's going to depend on budget at the end of the month. For now, I'd like to address "what operating systems I have".
Also optionally, I may purchase Exchange Server Standard Edition 2010 at the end of the month, and will want it installed on the 2003 box. I already have Symantec EndPoint Protection Enterprise Edition for the firewall, which I can install on the PDC.
What I need done is:
1. Setup my PDC so that the public IPs are in DNS and I can start serving web pages from that box on the dual NIC. I know this is a multi-homed config -- I can't find docs that address this item, all the docs say to buy another server but I can't afford that.
2. Setup my 2008 box so that it's a member of my AD domain, and that the performance is strong. I previously set it up, but I don't know what I'm doing, and hence I need your help. I think that's why the performance was poor.
3. I have a Cisco 1250AP which I need to setup to do whatever it needs to do against the PDC to support full encryption and authentication for my wireless network with maximum performance.
4. GPO policies should be setup on the PDC so that workstation communication are encrypted/digital (Certificate Services?) and server to server encrypted since these boxes are on public IPs. Workstation(s) target platform is Windows 7 Enterprise.
5. Anything else I may require, but can't think of -- you may suggest. Since this is a new setup, I think you can see where I'm going with this, I want maximum security as possible but I also want performance from server to server, as well as network to Cisco 1250AP at Wireless N speed of 270Mbs.
6. Also note my SmartPhone (Windows Mobile 6.1 platform) will need to be able to connect wirelessly to my PDC, and so all that authentication stuff. This will also need to happen when I'm roaming away from home, so I can check my eMail and such.
7. Setup the web server with my registered web sites (I have at most 10). What I mean also by this is that after they're properly setup, I change the DNS pointers at the registrar, and they start functioning within the usual domain propagation timelines from my web server.
Since I'll setup the OS's, I think your tasks should be pretty easy.
Looking to implement this either mid month, or the end of the month, depending on budget. If budget permits, I may wait until the end of the month to get Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2010.
I've tried to do this, and wasted countless hours (I'm tired of it), but I know just enough to be dangerous. Hopefully with your help you can "snap it out" (I'm thinking a couple of hours) and get me going so I can move forward with some important projects that I have to launch.
Please bid flat rates as follows:
1. All the config stuff, without installing the OSs.
2. Install of Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition, and Exchange Server 2010 Standard Edition, and all the config stuff.
Any questions please let me know. Id there's something that I forgot, please make a list.
Thanks for your help.

- Hold a working meeting with three sales managers about conflicting requests their staff have made for a new sales processing layout.
- Check in with the shipping manager about the recent implementation of an upgrade to their systems. You find out new staff members have been hired and schedule another training session.
- Get trained by the rentals manager on how rental reservations are processed. Then finish up your feature requests for a billing project that will affect rentals processing.
- Meet with a MySQL developer to answer questions about an online account database upgrade.
- Test three new project features added today. Find a problem with one section and send the developer screen shots and a description of the problem.
