SALES PLANNER @ Hallmark Channel (New York)
ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position is responsible for providing support to the Advertising Sales department by working with Account Executives to service clients on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
Assisting in the daily maintenance of media schedules
Servicing agencies and client requests such as media kits, tapes and traffic concerns
Coordinating added value implementation
Pre-post and allocating ADUs
Building sales plans
Creating PowerPoint presentations for sponsorship opportunities
Working with Research on agency requests
Training Sales Assistants
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales planning or Sales buying; OR
Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Assistant in a comparable Ad Sales environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to create flowcharts and PowerPoint presentations
Bachelors degree is required with emphasis in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field highly desired.

I would like people from the ages of 20-29 who are not too young looking and not too old looking. Actors can be of any ethnicity. The male actor MUST have his own full suit and tie and the female must be comfortable with wearing lingerie in the whole production. ABOUT THE POSITION:
WNYC seeks a Production Assistant to help turn academic research, underreported events, and everyday life into unforgettable stories for this public radio project. The successful candidate will have an active and inquisitive mind and a desire to bring unforgettable stories to a diverse and demanding audience.
This position will be responsible for research and production duties, and requires outstanding communication with a small staff of producers and a host working toward multiple deadlines. Contribute to and assist with Identifying and developing story ideas for all aspects of Freakonomics Radio programming, including Marketplace, podcasts, live events, longer-format special programs and a web site
