Need an Engineer that is familiar with programming and Joomla (Grandview, MO)

Need: I need a programmer that can create a specific program that pulls from a database and user entries to create customized daily prayers on a Religious nonprofit site (bobhartley.org). The site is built in Joomla and so I will need someone who is familiar with Joomla.

The Program: The program will be based around a database of "faces of God" and related Scriptures. The program will ask users to enter specific life circumstances (challenges, childrens names etc) and than pull from the database to create a daily prayer that applies the face of God to the specific need. The program will than have to be integrated into a Joomla page with a login box.

I am looking for someone with expertise who is willing to do this job for a great rate (we are a nonprofit and have limmited resource)
