• Help to streamline WEGO Health tools including CRM, Email Marketing, and online community

We are looking for a creative developer who has the right mix of programming and design skills to bring our ideas to life. As a creative developer, you will work with technology leads, designers, and project managers to build sites, banner ads, applications, and other deliverables that elevate our clients’ brands.

The ideal candidate is innovative, creative and driven.

Please have
2+ years of experience working on web related projects.
2+ years of experience creating flash and rich OLA units.
1+ years of experience developing HTML emails
Experience with a back-end language such as PHP
Exposure to databases
A design background or equivalent experience
Strong motivation and flexibility needed to function in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient within a team.


Specific skill sets
Flash with ActionScript 2/3
Modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (JQuery)
Wordpress (or experience designing for another CMS)

Boston-based ad agency is looking for an INTERN to work with our growing interactive team.
We build websites, design interfaces and create multi-tiered online solutions for a wide range of clients.

We’re currently looking for someone who has ALL these qualities:

• Strong graphic and web design skills and an eye for pixel precise detail and typography
• Timeline-based Flash animation chops
• Knowledge of XHTML, CSS and perhaps even JS
• Available during regular daytime hours in our Boston office
This is a position for someone interested in web design and implementation and who gladly spends time learning about new technologies, best practices and new ways of implementing their ideas.

Your initial responsibilities will be around banner and html email design and production but there are opportunities for the right person to move beyond that (maybe even a full-time gig).

This is a paid position at $10/hour, 40 hours a week.

* Front end development experience with consumer web experiences and applications - please supply links of your work
* Proficiency in identifying and solving cross-browser compatibility issues
* Adherence to software development best practices (coding conventions, testing methods)
* Familiar with version control software and concepts
* General UI and UX capabilities and experience
* Agency experience or international/localization experience a plus
* Knowledge of Agile and/or similar development methodologies a plus
* Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization best practices a plus
