We are looking for a talented technical analyst to join our growing Technology Strategy group. In this role, you will manage high-impact initiatives with multiple teams throughout Two Sigma. You will consult with researchers and developers to roll out projects, establishing and communicating tactics, goals, and results. In addition to managing Two Sigma’s knowledge management tools, you will be responsible for championing agile development strategies across the Firm.

Successful candidates will have: 1-3 years of experience working in core Java, web development with JSP, and related technologies; prior work with Linux, shell, or other scripting languages; experience in agile style requirements gathering and sprint planning; and practical experience delivering technology in a feature-driven model, leveraging agile tools such as Jira. In addition to being a measurement- and metrics-driven technology generalist, candidates must be able to balance multiple work streams and keep information about current and past projects organized. As projects are diverse in nature, an ability to adapt quickly to new conditions is desired.
